VIVAnews - Fertilizer company PT Pupuk Kaltim (Persero) expected to issue bonds valuing Rp 1 trillion in the third quarter of 2009. The company is still selecting underwriters and consultants.
"The fund will be used as the company's capital," said Pupuk Kaltim managing director Hidayat Nyakman in the state-owned enterprises ministry office in Jakarta on Monday, July 13.
According to Nyakman, the company had invited several underwriters to join the selection process.
Pupuk Kaltim is issuing Rp 1 trillion bonds to finance the Kaltim V fertilizer factory and coal boiler of which total is worth US$1.03 billion.
